Q 3: What sort of facilities can we expect?

Q 4: How can I hire a car?
A: We have a tie up with a very reliable taxi service. You can inform the caretaker & he will do the needful. See Airport & Car Hire Service.
Q 5: How do I reserve a room? When is my booking confirmed?
A: To reserve a room you simply need to send an email or call on +919811505835 and your booking is confirmed immediately subject to availability. However, it is advisable to block your reservation by paying one room night's advance as a deposit which is adjustable against your final bill. This can be paid from our online reservations page. Q 6: How do I pay, and when do I pay?
A: For making confirmed reservations, we require a deposit of one room night's rent in advance. This is payable from our Online Reservations page through any major credit card or by Pay Pal. For reservations, payment can also be made by Bank Transfer (bank details available on request).

At the guest house, the payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard (American Express cards are not acceptable) or in cash. Payments by cash have to be made at check-in time (please carry enough cash to do so - no exceptions).
Q 7: If I want to extend my stay, how can I do it?
A: Please contact our reservations at +91 9811505835 to check availability. Provided the room is available on the dates that you wish to extend, this will easily be facilitated. If your room is unavailable, we will make every effort to offer you an alternative. If you think there is a possibility that your stay will be extended when you make a booking, please let us know in advance; as when we take further bookings this will be taken into consideration.
Q 8: Can I view the rooms prior to booking?
A: If you would like to view the rooms prior to booking kindly let us know. Call us at +919811505835 and we will do our utmost to arrange this for you at a convenient time The rooms can be shown only when they are not occupied. Q 9: What are your rates and what's included in the rates?
A: You can visit the appropriate page on our website and view the rates/policies and the services offered by clicking on the Rates & Policies or Services tab.
Q 10: Is your B&B safe?
A: Yes, we have security guard  at the gate of the guest house. We also have reliable caretakers on the premises, making it a favourite, especially with single women travellers.
Q 11: What if I break a piece of furniture or otherwise damage anything during my stay in the guest house?
A: If something in the apartment is broken/damaged during your stay, you will be required to pay for any repairs or replacements.
Q 12: How and where can I collect my keys?
A: When you arrive at the guesthouse, you will be greeted by the caretaker who will have the keys to your room. They will help settle you in your room.
